Hootsuite (Sparkcentral)

Hootsuite's Sparkcentral platform aims to boost customer satisfaction rates with improved business communication through social media and messaging. 

We joined forces with Sparkcentral’s developers to incorporate additional features into their existing platform. For example, our team added integrations with Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Viber, Mailgun, WeChat. 

During development, we worked closely together with the product engineers to find the best course of action for implementing the next features. We also made sure to fully test both the code and the application. This ensured that every cogwheel of the Sparkcentral machine kept turning as it should, while we consistently added value.
