What is FlexPay?
FlexPay is a digital tool that enables employees to configure their flexible compensation package based on personal preferences. The tool was designed with a mobile-first approach and integrates seamlessly into Acerta’s existing IT ecosystem.

How was FlexPay developed?
Together withLeap Forward, the full-service digital agency within the Cronos Group, weassembled a multidisciplinary team. We began with an in-depth exploration of the context and user needs:
* Conducted both qualitative and quantitative research
* Developed five highly validated personas
* Mapped over thirty customer journeys
These insights formed the foundation for a co-creative process in which we shaped the FlexPay concept together with Acerta. Our multidisciplinary team adopted an agile project approach, based on close collaboration with Acerta. Within six months, a first version was launched, followed by monthly releases to continuously improve and expand the product.
What was the outcome of the developmentprocess?
FlexPay is now a fully-fledged digital solution offered by Acerta to clients investing in flexible compensation. The tool delivers a consistent and personalized experience for both employees and HR managers. Thanks to its scalable architecture and modular design, Acerta can continue to roll out and expand FlexPay without compromising on performance or security.
