How it works
1. Intake
An intake meeting aligns everyone and sets a clear goal and scope. We explain our approach in detail and adapt it to your needs.
2. Plan & Assemble
We put together an experienced team of software developers to make a plan of action. Which assumptions do we validate? What are the priorities? Where are technical risks? Together we determine a plan with scope and timing.
3. Build
In short iterations of one week, we build your Demonstrator in close cooperation and complete transparency with you.
4. Demonstrate
We conclude the Demonstrator with a final demonstration. Finally, we assess the Demonstrator hypotheses and look into the next steps.
5. Next steps
Now that the technical feasibility of your idea is validated and feedback from stakeholders is collected, we discuss where to go next. Kunlabora offers a phased approach. Depending on the size of your project, a Launcher or Amplifier can be the next step in realising your innovative idea.
