Digitaal Vlaanderen - Scrum-Team-As-A-Service

For Digitaal Vlaanderen, our scrum-team-as-a-service takes the ownership within the project “informeren op maat”.

The main goal of this project is to inform people about the services of all Flanders governments, so that they can use of their rights.

A product and service catalog with services provided by the Flemish Government existed already. Local authorities (e.g. municipality or province) can now also register their services in the new catalog.

On one hand, we help local authorities to comply with their obligation of the Single Digital Gateway (Europe obliges local authorities to share certain services with Europe).

On the other hand, an up-to-date product and service catalog opens up new possibilities for very targeted information.

Our 1e great project is our collaboration with the Department of Welfare, Public Health and Family: “de Rechtenverkenner”. We unlock social products and services with filters that match a socially vulnerable target group.

Our 2nd project is a product and service catalog tailored to Associations, in collaboration with the V-desk of the Department of Culture, Youth and Media.

Before each case, we create a service blueprint to clarify the scope and priorities and translate it into a technical and functional roadmap with an architectural plan, timing and budget.

Once the broad outlines are clear, we start with our iterative development. We follow the best practices within Digital Flanders and stay on top of our stakeholders: other Flemish governments, local authorities, Europe and our customers.
